The Rs 500 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank was subscribed 4.73 times at close on day one of the bidding process. The retail investors' quota was fully subscribed within hours of the IPO's opening.
The quota for retail bidders was subscribed 13.75 times, whereas the allocation for non-institutional investors fetched 8.25x bids. But the portion for qualified institutional bidders was subscribed just 4%.
